Step 1 - Fill in your details
Leave blank if you do not want a cell number in your signature.
Type only the part before the @, then pick your domain.
Step 2 - Computer signature
This is how your signature will look in Outlook on your computer.
- Open Outlook's signature settings (see the setup guide) and click New signature.
- Name it TLC Standard, click in the big box, and press Ctrl+V (Command+V on a Mac).
- Click Save. You do not need to change anything else.
Step 3 - Phone signature
The Outlook phone app uses this short version.
- Click Email it to my phone and send the email that opens. It goes to your own work address.
- On your phone, open that email in the Outlook app, press and hold the signature text, and copy it.
- In the Outlook app, go to Settings, then Signature, delete what is there, and paste.
