Step 1 - Fill in your details

Leave blank if you do not want a cell number in your signature.
Type only the part before the @, then pick your domain.

Step 2 - Computer signature

This is how your signature will look in Outlook on your computer.

  1. Open Outlook's signature settings (see the setup guide) and click New signature.
  2. Name it TLC Standard, click in the big box, and press Ctrl+V (Command+V on a Mac).
  3. Click Save. You do not need to change anything else.

Step 3 - Phone signature

The Outlook phone app uses this short version.

Email it to my phone
  1. Click Email it to my phone and send the email that opens. It goes to your own work address.
  2. On your phone, open that email in the Outlook app, press and hold the signature text, and copy it.
  3. In the Outlook app, go to Settings, then Signature, delete what is there, and paste.
